“OR” and “AND” multiple criterias Search folders in Outlook 2010

newyorkinteractivemedia.com/training_class_blog

First you need to close Outlook 2010 if it is running. From taskbar click Windows Start Orb button, type regedit and hit Enter.

You will see Registry Editor dialog, start looking for:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook

Right-click the Outlook Folder, and from New menu click Key, this will add a new key to the outlook folder.

new key 1

Now Change the name of newly added key to QueryBuilder.

querybuilder 1

Close the Registry Editor dialog. Now launch Outlook 2010.

Right Click the Search Folder Icon and choose “New Search Folder”

Give the search folder a name

Press “Criteria”

Add Fields

In this case I choose to show all the emails To and From a certain email address.

Field > All Mail Fields > To

Add address

Field > All Mail Fields > From

Add address

Change Logical group to “OR” on top right

You can add other criteria

In order to keep your job you have to put more time in to go that extra mile for your boss. Sometimes the bosses do not show you appreciation for the effort you put out for the company. Rest your mind because at the end of the day in reality you are doing you. just because you are in that rut, it is only right to motivate yourself to the max. As long as you do your duty's and be sufficient. your job is safe. Now you leave the rest of responsibility on the bosses and Companies. I believe that the best idea is to have brilliant planing towards the working crews the laborers , A fun and safe working environment, gives appreciation to your workers. This is a good start, this only comes with more innovation to create development and growth. Only then these businesses and Companies will see progress and growth, I cannot stressed enough to all the small business starters to look on your worker in a more innovation ways. This start to create more opportunity's for the worker this will uplift your business to new marketing idea and growth. Just keep your focus and innovation., the more you treat your working crew is the more you will see innovation opportunity"s to replicate and developing will bring you Success. For in today market world businesses and companies are going out of service. More and more people are getting laid off, So that only leave a big question to answer who is in charge? The boss so then they need to do what is needed to be done. You see I work for a living like any other ordinary person. I go to work every morning five days a week, put in over time on Saturday & Sunday just to keep my life in order, you see I have a plant I take care of my environment making sure every person around me have taking care of and also the basics are taking care of. Every person are happy that leave me the opportunity and idea to innovation to be developed, which lead me to my domain name Jonas Gift Cards come with the most opportunity and Security .

But I don’t know how to report it.

I have always used the “SEARCH SENT ITEMS” field in Outlook’s sent folder to find emails to a particular person. I just enter the email address and pull up all the emails sent to that address.

Now that function no longer works. I imagine an update must have broken this function.

I also tried the drop down field-specific “TO” field to no avail. It only pulls up fields that contained that email address none of the ones addressed to that email address.

Without any search fields entered I can of course still scroll to the date (if I know it) and find the sent email but that’s a pain in the ***. Any ideas or suggestions?
