I am trying to e mail a calendar of some doctors appointments for my job, and I go into the "e-mail calendar" tab, and I set up the message but when I want to send it, for the love of god I cannot find the send button any where. could someone possibly help me with this issue?

Hi everyone! I have a number of shared calenders I have created, but I am the only one who receives the reminders that I setup for others to take note of. This was the purpose of sharing the calenders in the first place and defeats the purpose, since others are not always checking their calenders, hence the need for shared reminders. Who thinks that would be a neat feature to have? and when will microsoft do it. Pleaseeee....!

I want to share emaile grom onather user to onather. i am using ms outlook 2010 and i cant be able to do it. The calender is ok, but if ican be able to share the email profile. How do i do it?

Hoping that I am on the right track to getting a HUGE problem! I am assistant to the president of our company and suffer terrible embarrassment each time he adds or deletes something from his calendar(s) He keeps electronic and paper calendar and it is my job to keep them in sync. He works on a mac and I am on a pc, which I am sure will only complicate any solution that may exsist.

I would like to receive an alert each time he revises something on his electronic calendar. I have full "permissions" to his Outlook email and calendarso there should be no issue there. Please HELP me and keep me from not only looking incompetent

but from feeling like a complete loser too! Email me at jarnhold@htklatzky.com with possible solutions. I would love to get some advice on this.

I am still waiting on a response from anyone on the Blog Team. Can we see "send a delegate calendar" in the future? This would make life much easier for all the Administrative Assistants out there. Thanks,
