we are using Outlook 2010 with SharePoint server 2010, when i edit a document offline and i save and close the document whilst i am still offline i do not see the special icon to let you know the changes are only available locally. Means i have to remember which documents i have edited in order to save them to server when connection is re-established.

You'll need to know the stssync:// URL for the library you want to connect with, which you can obtain by synchronizing the library into Outlook once, and reading the URL from the Account Settings dialog.

The one thing I'm trying to get to work and maybe i'm asking TOO much, is that if you create a calender item in SharePoint, and you are using categories in Outlook for your calendar events, is there any way to get SharePoint to "look up" your categories from Outlook so that it's a dropdown list? If you type the wrong category in SharePOint it "creates" the cateogry in Outlook, which is not always a desirable outcome. On the other hand, if you create a calendar item in Outlook, it will create the item in Sharepoint, but if you change the category on the Outlook calendar item after it was created by SharePoint, it doesn't get updated in SharePoint, but it will vice versa (SharePoint will update Outlook). Any way to get Outlook changes pushed to SharePoint for Categories? thanks

Along with other details I wanted to have Contact's Image to be updated however the form doesn't provide "Browse" option to user while filling out the form and ask for a URL. Is there any way we can have "Browse" Option enable so that User's can browse and upload images same time? Please Suggest. Regards,
