Hello.

My boss would like to print his Week List 01 calendar view in landscape format (on 1 page) with the days going down the column 1st:

Monday Thursday as opposed to: Monday Tuesday

Tuesday Friday Wed Thurs

Wed Sat & Sun split Friday Sat/Sun split

Is this set-up possible?

Calendar Printing Assistant looks like just what we need to be able to print overlay calendars. However, it does not want to work with Outlook 2010. Am I doing something wrong? Please help if possible!

It seems that Outlook 2010 has a bug. I would like to print a monthly view of my calendar with only five weeks but it keeps printing six and each box is so small it only shows two to three items on each date. I keep setting the parameters but it keeps ignoring my end date. This worked Outlook 2007 but now that I have upgraded, I am very frustrated. I tried the Printing Assistant but that won't display my categories coding and I can't get it to print in a style legible for my use anyway. I find it a bit clunky. Would love to see an editable printing capability that allows you to move margins (like in Word) or expand the size of a date box to see all the appts for that day/week. Any advice?

I have been unable to get calendar assistant to stop listing calendar information - appointments, events, etc. twice. Is there a way to have the monthly view not list this information twice?

My Outlook Calendar printing problem won't be solved by this program - - I think!! Here it is: When you print a monthly calendar, the template that spits out has 2 "mini" calenders in the top right hand corner; one with the next month, AND, (and here is my problem) one with the current month. Traditionally, calendars that include the "mini" calendars do so to ostensibly allow you to look backward a month and forward a month (in miniature form), on your current month's large calendar. That way, you can count weeks, or look to see what day of the week something occurred on, etc. But Outlook has always (at least in the former version, and the version I just received the other day) had the mini version of the current month on the current month's calendar - - what gives? Why the redundancy? Is it a scrivener's error that no one else caught on to? Please, if there is a simple way to change this, do share!! Kudos to the first technofile who has a fix!

All the monthly templates have the date hiding behind the text. It makes reading my text almost impossible...love the program but can't use it if I can't read my text - please...please...please remove the date hiding behind the text...it isn't really hiding! Thank you!

I have been trying for several DAYS to print a calendar on my HP printer (Windows XP user). The very first time I tried it worked and then never again. The printer sounds like it is going to print, then stalls. Some time later it sputters some more and I end up with a page with smudges along one side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be cool, except that after downloading the program it keeps insisting that I close Outlook 2007 before installing. But, Outlook 2007 WAS closed already. Now what?

NOt sure if this has already been answered or not, but i need to know how to print the full details of each appointment in the month print format as in 2003 outlook, you were able to see everthing in that date, it would just wrap the text. Hopefully someone can help resolve this question.
