Hi Andrew - thanks for the notes above. I have a client, with 2 domains - in separate locations.

I have used HTTP connections (RCP over HTTP) for 1 user and that user now enjoys both mailboxes. But for a second user the second Exchange account will not display - as per your display above. That (second) mailbox also has a local ost of 2.4GB.

I have stepped through the following:

1) removing ost files (both)

2) removing and re-creating the mail profile

3) adding the larger (other location/domain) first and I let it load the 1.5GB overnight

4) adding the second (.local) account this morning, drops the display of the first remote exchange account.

5) Changing th "default" has no affect to the display at all.

It seems a bit odd.

Have you experienced this before?

HI ,

I am using OL 2010 and have multiple accounts linked to it.

Both the accounts are Exchange account but different servers.

One account is getting authenticated by Windows NT but for other It keeps on popping up for password. Even when i use the right password the pop comes again and thus the connection to server is not established .

Please help

I have an issue when I add a shared a mailbox like this.

When user A sends a mail with the shared account, the mail first visits the outbox of that shared account. At the same time user B's outlook synchronizes, and sees the mail in the outbox. Also copying the mail to his outbox. With the next send and receive option, the mail is send out again. (Apperantly the mail is also stuck in the outbox on both pc's)

I'm Using Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2007. I don't know if this has to do with the Cached mode yes or no

Is there a way to make reply's default to the main "Microsoft Exchange" account?

I have my "main" MS exchange account and have added an "additional" email account under more settings in the account setup... When I am in the additional email account and hit reply, I don't want it to default to that account in the "from", I want it to default to the MS Exchange account...is that possible? This change from the old way is very frustrating.

help!!! After I added a 2nd exchange account Outlook keeps asking and asking for passwords. Any idea?

I installed Office 2010 and set up multiple email accounts. No problems there. But unlike the earlier version, now each email address is listed separately, and I have to clcik on each separate Inbox to see my in-coming mail. Can these not all come into one Inbox screen in Outlook anymore?

help - I have upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2010 and successfully installed 3 email accounts. But I also have an MS exchange account and cannot add it. I cannot find the 'mail applet' anywhere despite several efforts - windows 7.

I have two E-mail addresses on my OUtlook account, but when I sign in, I get a message that one account can't be connected at this time (the other works fine). When I use the send/receive tab, I getthe same message about the one account plus something about unable to synchronize a meeting with my calendar. This has been going on for two days, so I'm not sure an active response isn't needed to fix things.
