In a world of multiple schedules, datebooks, and timetables, Outlook can help you consolidate all of your digital calendars so you can view your entire week in one place. In this week's webinar, we'll go over ways to view and share your calendar with others.
Can't view this video? It's also available at Microsoft Showcase. Need a quick peek? Here's a 30-second trailer.
What you will learn at Tuesday's webinar

Will you do a webinar on PowerPoint in Higher Education?
We are looking at doing a few webinars for educators, Ceit. What subjects would you be interesting to you? I'm mean, besides "stop spinning clip art!" and putting black text on dark blue slides? ;-) --Doug
For a quite long time the Outlook window "Outlook today" looks out-of-date, as in the days of Office XP. Like many members I’ve hoped that it will be polished and modernized with the release of the 2010 and 2013. Unfortunately, it has been omitted.
Consequence: Office looks modern, but the main Outlook window drastically deviates from the rest of the program with its style and functionally. Is it carelessness or oversight?
Is there any way we can expect that your corporation will fix this inaccuracy and on the occasion of one of the amendments will improve the Outlook window "Outlook Today" to the requirements of modern times?
LOL! That's a good one Doug -- I would love to see a PPT on how to transform Face-to-Face PPTs to online PPTs with audio. It would be great for some of the educators that I work with to see. (Like how not to read the slide word for word!)
No offense to anyone here, but I hate Outlook. I consider it rude and an invasion of privacy that MY Hotmail account was automatically changed without my permission. Please enable me to change it back.
Mr.Thomas
If i plan to use this calendar for scheduling business appointments so that some of my employees can schedule appointments from different locations, where should i have the calender stored?
and can we all use the calender at the same time. I'm also thinking of posting it online for clients to see the availability of services, or would that be a bad idea?
I do not see the PRIVATE option for the ICAL link. I am able to import my Gmail account but the appointments do not show up.
