I'm starting a new feature here on the Outlook blog: A seasonal roundup of the best and brightest blog posts, articles, and general news about Outlook. Take a look; you may have missed something that could very well change your life (at least the way you email about it, calendar around it, and make tasks for it).
Did I miss anything? If you've seen something interesting about Outlook that I and the other blog readers should know about it, don't be shy—tell us about it in the comments below.

I have always loved Outlook. Today I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2010 and can't find Outlook. Does it have to be purchased separately? If so, I'm reallyl disappointed.
Hi Annik,
Thanks for the great summary. I've created a number of new videos on how I use Outlook 2010 the past month, you can see them all here: www.businessproductivity.com/.../microsoft-outlook-2010

Why make us do the work on Outlook 2010??? On outlook 2003 the system itself would do it: unread messages would be placed in an unread folder. What account the message would arrive through, who would be sending it, what would it be about; nothing of that mattered. All unread messages received would go straight to the unread folder. Once being read, they would be automatically sent to the account/folder where they belong or where the rules would mandate. That was wonderful. Why isn't outlook 2010 doing it??? Why do we have to do all the work by ourselves now?? I always thought that upgraded/later versions of the software would rely on previous versions to make things better. Now with the 2010 version I need to search through all my different folders of all my 5 accounts through which I receive my emails checking on all the unread emails. It takes me a lot of time, it is a mess!! I really got very disappointed with outlook 2010. Very, very disappointed.
Thanks for listening and I hope something is done about it..
