I have Office 2007. When I am sending email messages from outlook, the same message comes twice in send box. Please help me out.

Hi I have used Microsoft 2003 for years. Now I keep getting a message that there is a problem and it will be closed down. As well as that, the emails that I do receive come through in multiples (I get three or more copies of same email when they do arrive). Do I need to unistall Microsoft or change to another group such as Mozilla? I am absolutely frustrated and need my email...what do I do?

I have two executives who share their calendars with me. I have the capability of entering appointments into their calendars as well as they. We have an entry in one and we don't know who placed it. Can that be tracked?

I just today purchased Office 2010 expecting it to be bigger and better than 2007. When I first saw the interface I thought there must be something wrong with some of the settings or something. That couldn't possibly be the new look and feel of MS Office 2010 - I thought. Now having read some of the comments here on your blog I can see that many people think your design needs a rethink. I can't work every day day in day out with a depressing dull interface like Office 2010. What are you going to do about it? Tom Greenwood

I can write and send email but there not on my computer

loaded outlook 2010 and it won't run

purchased the 2010 version of Office HOme and Student which did not include Outlook. I got the free trial version of 2010 Outlook which has now expired and I cannot respond to or send email. How do I get my Outlook to work without paying to upgrade? Can't I revert back to my old Outlook version or am I stuck after my free trial of 2010? That hardly seems right that a free trial cost me in the end to get use of my Outlook back. Help...

Help please!!! How do I get my thousands of email messages and contacts from Windows Mail on Vista over to the machine now running Outlook 2010?? I have tried csv file for the contacts, the "open file wizard" in Outlook 2010 hangs up on it .... and then for the email messages, I tried to select the Windows Mail option (since that is what I exported the messages using) and all I get from that is a dumb email message. I'm desperate!! Help!!

I'm just a newbie. Only have outlook 2000. provider is AOL. How do I find smpt. To connect outlook? Not sure I understand what it asks. I use Outlook 2007 at work, so I am famliar with all the prgrams of office.

Can I retrieve an email from the Deleted Items list when that has been cleared? I deleted an important email by accident and it's gone from the Deleted Items list? thanks for any help

In Outlook 2007, I had no problem archiving my inbox emails when I was on POP3, now that I am on IMAP, I can't archive my inbox emails.... can someone tell me the secret, or tell me where to look to find out?? When I click on the archive now button, it doesn't work. thanks, Robert
