Chat Live with Office and Windows MVPs

Hello:

I downloaded the Beta version of MS 2010 in Feb 10. On 10/31/10 it expired, a window popped up for us to uninstall it. This was our only option as the window kept popping up. Since we did unstall it we no longer have email thought Outlook. Our windows version is back to 07. All of our contacts, emails, etc. are in a pst.file in the 'C' drive although we can not import them. HP hooked us w/windows live in order to at least get new emails BUT I need the contacts, etc back. Could you please advise as to what to do in order to make this happen. Also a huge problem w/MS 2010 was that when i travel I can not send emails from any other location. I can receive them as they are connected to my home server. I have tried relentlessly /w/no luck. I have even had hotel techs look into it.....couldn't get it to send emails. Thanks for your time,

My outlook is highlighting all my emails... I can't just click on one and see it because all the previous emails to this get highlighted...? How do I go about fixing it?

I just converted to Win7/Office2010. When I send an appointment request to non-2010 users, they are not seeing the appointment. They receive a header but no meeting information or request. Can you help? Thanks,

I have MS Office Home and Student 2007 operating through Vista. I use Outlook, not express, as my email and AT&T is my e.mail provider.

I have had no problems with my e.mail until yesterday a.m. when I attempted to send a message and got the error: ox800ccc92 rejected log in. Invalid user/password. I have not changed my password and I reentered it correctly in my 'account' settings to no avail. MS Chat is down for 2007 products. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am now requiring Business Contact Manager for 2010 and was wondering what I would have to purchase to get the BCM for 2010. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks again for the information.

why is the Business Customer Management feature not available on OFFICE Professional Suite?

Why does my new Outlook 2010 (replacing Outlook 2003) have the look and feel of being in "safe mode"? I miss the crisp look and feel of Outlook 2003. I feel like I've gotten something cheap. It looks like a cartoon. Is there a setting I haven't discovered?

Since I downloaded Microsoft Office Pro Suite 2010, my email attachments will not open. When I attempt to open an Excel Spreadsheet I receive a pop up stating the file is corrupt. I opened the file 2 weeks ago and it was fine, but now it is corrupt. Help please?? Anyone?? Frustrated,
