  • Recently my hotmail.com account was revokes due to someone using my address. I have to confirm to them that I was the person that owned the account after 4 days I was sent verification mail that they had verified I was the account holder and sent me the links to resent my password, I completed this and it just sent me another link to reset my password. What is the problem and how can I fix it. Would like to get back into my account

    Thanks anyone

  • There is probably a simple answer to this but I can't find it...using Outlook 2010, all my e-mails end up in a 'Personal Folder' ( this is an IMAP/ SMTP account) but there is nothing in the main Outlook Data File where I would like it to be with the extra functionality that this gives... is there a simple thing that I can do that makes this happen?

    Many thanks!
