One other request. I would like all incoming emails that are rich text I would like the attachments to be viewed in the attachment area and within the body of the email.

OK I think that this should be the last request of the day, sorry they have been building up. When I reply to an email I would like the attachments to remain attached. (you are thinking that there is a setting that allows that to happen, aren't you, but it does not work) When I forward an email it keeps the attachment, but when I reply to an email it dumps the attachments even though I have both settings set up the same. I was wrong, One more most likely the last. It would be nice if all of the emails in a conversatioin were sorted by the recieved date. James

I love the concept of conversations and I like the UI that you guys have in the new release but it doesn't seem to accurately group messages into conversations. How do you guys detect a conversation. Is it just the title? I have a bunch of messages that have the subject "introduction" where someone has introduced someone via email. These all get grouped together even thought they are different threads. Could you shed some light.

Having just migrated from Lotus Notes, having conversations show the entire conversation will restore functionality our users miss.

Men.. Gmail got those conversation loooong time ago... whats wrong MS need more updating!

Gmail has been doing this for years, thanks for incorporating this into Outlook. I do love Outlook 2010.

I have chatted w/ several people who are also using the beta version and we are all having issues w/ the fact the "conversation" feature is linking emails that should not be. There is nothing in the emails that would cause this to happen =( HELP! I think the concept is great, just wish it worked....

Hey Outlook team, on 64-bit Windows 7 or Vista, does the WDS addin released to index Outlook MSG files work with 64-bit Outlook? If not, when will be 64-bit iFilter for Outlook be available to index MSG files? This will remain a major barrier in 64-bit Office adoption.

How do i keep O2010 from grouping conversation with no subject? It keeps taking all no subject emails as a group...

@James The messages in conversations should be sorted by date. If your messages are sorted differently, can you explain how? @Sunil, @TiffanyWI, @Scott The ability to separate logically-different conversations that share a similar topic (like two different conversations that are both titled “Lunch today?”) is functionality that we added into the Outlook 2010 Beta. This functionality uses a new ConversationID property to split and sort conversations. However, this code does not run when connected to an Exchange 2007 or 2003 server. I think the issue here is that the conversation is based on the subject line (I maybe wrong), which in theory is a good idea. However in production I have Users that will use the same subject for numerous, unrelated emails. It would be far better if 'parent' emails where assigned an individual ID in which all 'child' related incidents (replies etc...) are associated with the 'parent' ID, therefore logically and 'correctly' grouping associated emails...
