We've heard that a small number of users are having issues accessing their OneNote notebooks or Office documents from their Windows Phone. If you are one of those users - don't panic.

As the Windows Live team explained on its blog, a recent SkyDrive upgrade is causing some Windows Phone owners to see a message saying their Office documents were deleted from the SkyDrive servers or can't be downloaded.

Your docs are just fine. But, to make them reappear, you'll need to reset the Office Hub. It's a quick workaround. You'll find step-by-step instructions in the Windows Live blog post and on Microsoft Answers.
