Hi Greg & Sameer - We are happy to see the enthusiasm and passion around PowerPivot and Power View. One thing that I wanted to clarify is that PowerPivot and Power View are indeed available for a single person under the Office 365 Pro Plus subscription at $12 per month. You do not need a volume licensing agreement to have access this rich functionality.

I've been intrigued with PowerPivot and PowerView which was my motivation for upgrading to Office 2013 from 2007 and purchasing a book on PowerPivot. I was shocked to learn that you can no longer use these products in the retail version of Excel 2013. I'd be happy to purchase these products as a separate add-on. Unfortunately it appears that my options are limited since Office Pro Plus is not available for individuals. Either way the conference looks fun for us data people.

By "tools like PowerPivot or PowerView in Excel 2013" you actually mean "2013 Professional Plus" don't you ..... the version that is not available in Retail..... the one that requires you to buy five licenses even if you want one product.....Ahhhh yes BI for the Masses....more copies of Office more Power Pivot....Great work folks
