&lt;p&gt;I need to have a conditional format for a cell where the color of the cell changes based upon 3 conditions. &amp;nbsp;If the value of the cell is between 0-69 (&amp;lt;70) the cell is green, between 70-121 the cell is yellow and if the value is &amp;gt;121 the cell is red.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where in excel 2010 can I create 3 conditions for the same cell?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;lets say...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a table having 3 columns row1(id, age, secondary id)......row2(123, 24, 9999)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;if i have to lookup for value 123 in column1 and return value from column3 then the formula will be....=vlookup(123,a2:c2,3,false)..... it will return 9999.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My question is.... what is the formula&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If i have to lookup for value 9999 in column3 &amp;quot;secondary id&amp;quot; and return value 123 from column1 &amp;quot;id&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;help will be really appreciated&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;@lstewart: So glad you liked the first lesson. The next 3 will be avaliable soon, and I&amp;#39;ll be sure to announce them on the blog when they go live. There may be more of this type of training for other Office apps in the near future...especially if users find the Excel videos useful.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sounds great, but something that is in the format of a video series, especially when they tend to be short, is unlikely to cover some of the details I would need. For example, very specific info about when I freeze panes at column D, Excel freezes it at column H everytime I have some columns further to the right i the spreadsheet &amp;#39;grouped&amp;#39;. Where does someone get training or help to such a specific question?&lt;/p&gt;
