Help the Excel team by answering these 2 questions

Page Layout View is a view that allows you to see how printed Excel pages will look. You can get to it by going to the View tab and clicking Page Layout.

We're trying to learn more about how (and if) Excel users use Page Layout View. If you'd like to help us, please answer this quick 2-question survey (if you don't use Page Layout View, we'd still like to hear from you!).

  • I did the survey but I need to know HOW to POST a question.  There are no buttons for doing this. and there is no help for using this--  the ABOUT is not really specific for Excel.

  • However, actively playing with colour is mainly a wise method to put yellow metal diamond jewelry for your diamond jewelry wardrobe. Why not take pleasure in the most effective of colour mixes? picking a two colour yellow-colored and white yellow metal chain provides this necklace a double life, operating perfectly with other silver or yellow metal accessories. Or maximize the versatility of one's diamond jewelry by picking a tri colour piece. The mix of yellow, increased by and white yellow metal appears great on any skin tone tone.

  • I mostly use Page Layout View for headers and footers...both cvreating and viewing.  I prefer NORMAL view for many reasons, but especially for the freeze panes options.  However, Page Layout view is much more visually appealing!! :)

  • I am having problems with moving page breaks most of the time I am  able to drag lines. On this particular work book  when I drag I create more page breaks.   I ahve tried to manually reset page breaks, but get same result .Any suggestions ?

  • I never use it.

I do, however, have a quick link to 'Print Preview' in the quick acces bar to verify page numbers/footers etc before I print.

For most work-related issues there are template files, so the lay-out work is usually limited.

Page endings are set through view / Page end preview and just moving them up to where is best suitable.

(terms translated from dutch, might be a little off the english terms)

@rchaney: try going to view / page end preview and move them there?

  • Mostly I use Page Layout View to adjust page breaks and work with headers and footers.

  • I use page layout to view before print and to insert headers and footers.

  • I use Print Preview to access the Page Setup options, as I can then see how any changes I make effect the entire document. I also use print preview to adjust the margins of my documents to ensure all of my data prints on the correct page, and at the maximum printable size.
