Crystal Ball® User Conference + Excel Services Video

I am spending some of this week at the Crystal Ball ® User Conference, where I had the good fortune to be able to present an overview of Excel 2007 to the conference attendees.  I want to thank the folks as Decisioneering for the opportunity, and I would also like to thank all of the folks that I have met at the conference who took the time to provide feedback about Excel and requests for new functionality.  It is always very helpful to be able to have candid discussions about what people do with Excel, what they are unable to do, and what they would like us to do with the product, so we appreciate your time and input.

Also, here is an interesting MSDN TV video about building custom solutions with Excel Services starring two members of the Excel Services team.

For the rest of the week, we will have a series of guests posts by Danny Khen, a program manager on the Excel Services team, who will discuss how to write UDFs that work on both Excel client and Excel Services.

  • In a mean time there is always Shahar and his salty blog: blogs.msdn.com/cumgranosalis

  • Just came upon this blog - off topic, but could Excel 12 incorporate a way to disable the warning when I plot data with a 0 on a log plot?  I know that log(0) is undefined.  No math lessons required, please.
