&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;Normally, one would bind the report to a passthrough query. As mentioned, you only need to store the minimum 3 parameters (driver, server and database) in a passthrough query&amp;#39;s connection string. This typically will be enough for Access to match it to the cached connection that you create at the startup.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
