I recently got feedback that the series should be posted on the Access team blog--makes sense as this blog gets about 3 million more hits a month than my personal

re: Access 2007 tips and tricks from the team

I don't have Access 2007 yet. Does it still have the stupid bug in 2003, that the "SQL" toolbar button is grayed out when you are in the Queries window? And if you have DoCmd.SetWarnings set to True and open up a Query definition that it can't display graphically [eg when you join to Oracle tables where the driver translates the numeric Oracle primary key to a String, and you have to wrap the Oracle PK with VAL() ], does it still trash the query definition and automatically save the trashed version without telling you?

I like Access very much. Do not want to see Sharepoint to replace it.

I can now find my objects much quicker than the old database window. When I'm working back in Access 2003 I keep looking for it!
