@edoyle, I tried out the database and it seemed to work OK for me. That isn't to say that there isn't some kind of problem, though. Unfortunately this isn't a very good forum for getting support--I would recommend submitting your question to the Access forum on Microsoft Answers (answers.microsoft.com/.../access), or one of the other great Access discussion forums where the experts live. I am trying to use the bug tracker and when I try to close the bug detail form it won't close, but just keeps adding comments to the history. How do I fix that??

I jumped on my laptop and used an Administrator account and was FINALLY able to get Office Advantage (or whatever it is) to agree that I had legitimate software and to finally let me download the Bugs Access 2007 database. You might run into other folks within enterprises where they are locked down like we are and they might encounter this too... Feeling the love man... Thanks anyway... Kevin

All Access applications support multi user scenarios--the bugs database isn't any different. The app doesn't have logic that keeps people from logging in as different people or two people logging in as the same person. This could be added but it would make the application more complicated.

I notice the database has a user log in facility. Does it suport multi users simultaneously (if stored on a shared server for example)

Well Clint, I would LOVE to download this bug tracker template but no matter how I try, I always get foiled by the lovely Microsoft Office Genuine Advantage thingey. I gave up trying to install the ActiveX control (they've locked us down and even being an admin on my box with a special account doesn't work), so I tried to get the template from within MS Access 2007 and no luck there either...it runs the advantage code and claims my Project 2007 and Visio 2007 are counterfeit (what a joke...I have an MSDN Universal subscription and I work for a national laboratory...seriously doubt I'm a victim of counterfeiting). Even if I WERE a victim of counterfeiting regarding Project 2007 and Visio 2007 it's pretty sad that it then STILL prevents the download from within Access 2007. No love here man....not feeling it! Kevin
