the Office 2010 Engineering blog has a good post from Maithili about trusted documents. We implemented this security feature in Access as well. What it means is that you can now trust an individual database without having to put it into a trusted folder. It is pretty simple, you go to the BackStage and choose the Enable Content dropdown. Choose Enable All Content.
You can read more about how the feature works across Office here.
Enjoy!

Nice!! This will make it much easier for our customers to understand trust at a document level, instead of onerous explanations about what trusting a whole folder might mean. Love the one-click 'enable content' red button in A2010, by the way.
Off-topic: Any support for Web Services in A2010?
How will this be supported in the runtime? It seemed with 2007 there was no good way to address it.
Let me expand Tracy's question. Specifically, when you relink tables with VBA from the FE to the BE and the BE is in a network folder (which it should be), you now get a popup message for each table that is being linked. Do you have a solution for this short of modifying the registry from the FE which seems to defeat the whole purpose of trust. I am using the SageKey installer which solves the problem of the "reinstalling" issue when the runtime is loaded on a PC with an older version of Access installed. It sets the registry keys needed to trust the FE but it cannot solve the BE trust issue. Sagekey would allow me to create a registry key that could be used to trust the BE. The problem is that, my application is a retail product and I have no control over nor knowledge of the network loacation ahead of time which prevents me from being able to create the registry key
Pat--can you send me mail about how you are relinking your backend. My guess is you are using transfer database. Have you tried DAO? any ways, send me email to my clintc address and I can follow up.
