Steve Bailey from Sagekey asked me if I would be willing to mention their product for building Access runtimes. Here is Steve’s description of their product with a special discount for our readers:
SageKey Software has a track record of removing the time and frustration out of building reliable installs that work on all supported platforms and maintain co-existence with other versions of Access. Having been in the business since Access 97, SageKey provides installation tools for all versions of the Microsoft Access runtime including Access 2007. During the month of September 2008 we are offering a 10% discount for orders when you mention you heard about us on the Access blog.

Sagekey is doing Microsoft's job... :-/
True, they are cleaning up after MS, but they do a damn fine job of it!
We have been using them since Ac97 and they do indeed do an excellent job and have top notch support
Hi Vladimir, here we are again! What if MS Access Team will create the Access Runtime distribution like Rbase or Visual FoxPro? for a comment, I think that is the best thing the team can do with regards to Runtime Distribution. They have a fat $ budget, so it is impossible they cant afford to develop and extend the technology. Maybe there is politics inside MS?
Erwin: I'd like professional package and deployment wizard from Microsoft. IMHO, MS is able to give use such solution. You may be right talking about politics inside MS - but it's difficult to comment things since we don't know what's really going on in there.
Off-topic: I hope we will have the following in Access soon:
