&lt;p&gt;Pressing Ctrl + Left Click isn&amp;#39;t really quick when you are presenting.&lt;/p&gt;

Using CTRL whilst clicking the mouse is the same as BACKSPACE - goes back a slide or an animation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am using PP 2007 on Vista.&lt;/p&gt;
