When readers write to Crabby: My Monday favorite

Hippie playing the guitarDuring the week, I want you to write to me, Crabby, with your ideas, your tips, your complaints, and your praises. And I will choose one or more emails to address each Friday. And soon, we will be cultivating a community, bringing us closer together, and we'll grow our own organic food and live off the land and name our children Rhiannon and True and Sativa. (Note to Rhiannon and True and Sativa: I just randomly picked three names off a web site; I am not making a judgment about the lovely and thoughtful names your parents chose for you, so there is no need to spam me.)

And we will rule the World of the Blog. Well...maybe not. That's not my/our ambition but it would behoove all of us to talk to one another because it's pretty amazing what you can learn from other people (and not just me who is, after all, one woman with one point of view).

I do need to say this so please listen up: Me, giving you  my email address does NOT mean free rein to send me specific questions about your specific problems with specific programs. If a few of the same sort of issues pop up, yes, I'll assume that the answer could help more than one person. In that case, I'll be happy to put them out here for the community to try to answer. (Do not expect a personal email from me. I mean it.)

My main goal is to get your TIPS, your COMMENTS (good and bad, keep it clean, pleaseI am a lady), and your ADVICE. Anything else you think might make good conversation fodder (work, work life, home life, gardening, Coke Zero versus Diet Coke) is fair game.

Here's where you can write to me: MSFTCrabby@hotmail.com. I expect to hear from you VERY soon... And on this Friday, July 30, we'll kick off the very first Dear Crabby day.

  • I would really like some effort made to get MS to release an upgrade version for Office 2010. It is way too expensive to purchase a new suite. I have been using office for many years and this will even prevent me from moving to Windows 7 if I cant get an upgrade. Thank you and do what you can
