Ignore featureRather than getting all irritated about the idiotic/unprofessional/non-work-related/useless/boring conversation flying back and forth between you and other people, right-click the conversation and then click Ignore (or, on the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Ignore).

Like anything else, use caution when employing the Ignore feature. Something may come down the pike through that conversation that you really SHOULD be reading so unless you check your Deleted Items folder...you're outta luck. And as you saw in the video, if you DO decide you want to keep track of this conversation after all, go to the Deleted Items folder right-click the conversation and deselect Ignore. It will move the entire conversation to the Inbox.
