  1. Is there anyway to change what initials are displayed when using the app? For some reason when I edit on the app it only uses my first initial, but in the full version I have it set up to use my first and last initial.

    • Could be a few things, but try this: Go to File>Options. If you are using different versions of OneNote, you’ll need to change each version. You can turn initials on and off in the View or History tab (depending upon which version of OneNote). –Doug
