If you close documents with unsaved changes, you might realize later that you want to get those changes back. In Office 2010 and 2013, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint keep copies that you can recover. On the Info tab of the Backstage view, click Manage Versions and then click Recover Unsaved Documents. Select the copy of the file that you want (there may be several copies of the same document from different dates or times) and click Open.

Visio: Duplicate Page – Have you ever wanted to create a new Visio page that was an exact copy of an existing page? In previous versions of Visio you were forced to create a new page, return to the old page, select all, copy, go to the new page, and then paste. In Visio 2013, simply right-click on the page name tab of the page you want to copy and then click Duplicate. Done!
